Back to the Future is TODAY!

The future is now. Today, when Marty Mcfly & Doc Brown traveled from their comfortable, California suburban life to meet us in today's world.

I think that we may have disappointed them, though. Those "self-tying" shoes are still a year (or 2) off, the hover-board is in its infancy, Slamball was a big fail, USA Today is still boring, & cars of today look even more pedestrian than the movie predicted. Worst of all, there are no dog walking robots!

Despite all of the movie's hope for 2015, we have only fulfilled a few of the movie's predictions, with the notable exception being fingerprint technology. The fact that we have both 3D movies & video calling, proves that some technology can become annoyingly ubiquitous.

Maybe the Cubs winning the World Series will be the movie's most accurate prediction, of all.
